TripChat

Users of Junction One can notify their Travel Agent of special booking requirements using TripChat. Common special requirements may include:

• Extra Baggage
• Late Checkout
• Baby Seat for Car Hire
• Include Breakfast in Room Type
• Other extra requirements

Steps to Message an Agent In TripChat:

1. Go to the relevant 'TripBoard'
2. Select 'TripChat'
3. Type '@' then the name of the person you want to notify
4. Select the Person's Name you want to notify
5. Input the details of your message
6. Submit by clicking 'Post'
7. Keep an eye on the 'Bell Icon'  for in-app notifications and responses.
