Below is a summary of email communications that Junction One Users will receive, and what they mean:
1. Junction One - Trip Itinerary
Itinerary only, no costings. This will include all the relevant vendor details for travellers. If there are updates made to trips, a new Trip Itinerary will always be sent.
2. Junction One - Trip Confirmation
Details of Transaction Costings once all transactions are confirmed. This will include amounts, confirmation numbers.
3. Junction One - Trip Alert
Notification if any details with a trip require attention, wither by yourself or your Travel Agent. A copy of this email is also sent to your Agent.
4. Junction One - You have a new approval request
Notification to an Approver to action a Trip Request. Note this is only applicable if Approvals is configured within Junction One's Policy Settings.
Tip: Don't want travellers to receive these email communications from Junction One?
To restrict the traveler from receiving all Junction One communications (e.g. booking confirmations, itineraries), User Profiles must use an email alias. Add an alias by using the + symbol after the user's regular email address. For example:
- Traveller email: [email protected]
- Instead use: [email protected]
